9-year-old kid suspended for a kiss on the cheek
A 9-year-old third grader was suspended for kissing a girl on the cheek.
Stephen chased a girl around on the playground and kissed her on the cheek when he caught up with her.
Stephen Fogelman's parents say it was an innocent kiss and he doesn't even understand why he got suspended.
The 'victim's' mother says she thinks the punishment was fair, because her daughter felt afraid and unsafe. But she also said describing it as sexual harassment is awckward considering the children's ages.Posted in Crime & Law Sex Life by
